We are proud of the variety of rooms available here. Each room has its own character. We have tried to keep no two rooms the same. Perhaps "Ctrl+C" and "Ctrl+V" was not as common back in 1876! We do vacuum (wet and dry) all the time; However, time has its own fragrance; You might just sense it.
Be prepared to walk back in time. (Comforters shown in the picture may be different from the existing one's)

Rooms on Level 1
Eau Claire - Room No. 37
This Veranda Room features hardwood floors, mahogany furniture, two wing back chairs and a queen size bed with luxurious blue jacquard and stripe bedding. The bathroom features a pedestal sink and tub/shower.
DeYarman - Room No. 36
This Veranda Room features hardwood floors, dark wood furniture, a comfy chair, and a queen size bed with exquisite red & gold jacquard bedding. The large bathroom features a pedestal sink with a shower. .
Deluxe Room 2 - Rooms 32 & 35
This room has a queen size bed with a table and two chairs. The bathroom has a pedestal sink and shower.
Additionally Rooms 28, 31 & 38 have a King Bed. Each of these is over 275 sq.ft in size
Most of the rooms upstairs were built between 1876 and 1905. Each room has its own character. Shower size of all rooms on Level 2 is about 48 sq.ft. All rooms are painted frequently and you may find different color combinations in different rooms; Beds are definitely comfortable. Rooms are very clean; However, furniture may appear to be historic.
Rooms 6, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, 16 have original cedar walls and ceilings. Except for Room No. 16, the other rooms are about 150 sq.ft. Room 16 is about 225 sq.ft and is one of the best rooms on Level 2; Except for room 16 & 11, the walls of these rooms are sound permeable and at times high decibels float across. Please keep both Your and the TV volume low for the comfort of your neighbors.
Regular price of these rooms is $52. If you are the type who does not fancy small shower space, you will have to choose the deluxe rooms.
The Classic Queen Rooms upstairs are about 190 sq.ft and is priced at $58
There are 7 two bed rooms on Level 2, priced at $65. They are about 210 sq.ft. 5 of these have original wooden floors which are NOT sanded/polished;
Rooms 18, 20 and 22 have a sofa or a pull out sofa. These rooms are about 185 Sq.ft. These are priced at $58

When the hotel opened in 1876, it had 12 guest rooms with a lobby and public rooms on the first floor. With additions over the years, the inn now has 30 rooms, all with private bathrooms and amenities such as refrigerators, microwaves, TV/cable, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and free local phone service. Some of our Veranda rooms are handicap accessible. Most of our rooms offer just a queen size bed so if you need two beds, please be sure to request that. Other guest services include:

A discount of 15% is available on rooms rented Monday through Thursday and not available in conjunction with any other specials or discounts.

Small dogs (30 lb or less) - Require $75 pet deposit of which $50 is refundable. Yes we are cat friendly too.
Because this is a historic building, there is no smoking in our rooms but you may smoke on the Veranda.

Because we are a small inn, and we are generally booked in advance, it is advisable to make your reservation as early as possible. We do take your credit card details at the time of booking, however we do not put ANY AMOUNT on hold. You pay only during check in.

You may cancel your room up to 6 hours prior check in time, after which time we charge 25 dollars towards cancellations / no shows.
